Cup of Green Chili

We just love this soup, it's well worth the visit to Moab just to stop in the diner for the soup. We're travel from Georgia and plan our trip around visiting the diner.

Chicken Fajita "Taco" Salad

Kokopelli Chicken Dinner

My son and I always get the Kokopelli chicken and Sweetwater potatoes when we are in town! Love it!! The huckleberry waffle cone tops it off!
